Under the conventions and traditions that have grown round the Deputy Speaker 's office , if he is nominated or appointed a member of a Parliamentary Committee , he is also appointed its Chairman . उपाध्यक्ष के पद के साथ जो प्रथाएं और परंपराएं विकसित हुई हैं उनके अनुसार यदि वह किसी संसदीय समिति का सदस्य मनोनीत या नियुक़्त किया जाए तो वह उसका सभापति भी नियुक़्त हो जाता है .

Besides , if the subject-matter of a question is pending for judgement before any court of law or any other tribunal or body set up under law or is under consideration before a Parliamentary Committee , the same is not permitted to be asked . इसके अतिरिक़्त , यदि किसी प्रश्न का विषय किसी न्यायालय के समक्ष या विधि के अधीन बनाए गए किसी अन्य न्यायाधिकरण या निकाय के समक्ष फैसले के लिए लंबित हो या किसी संसदीय समिति के विचाराधीन हो तो ऐसा प्रश्न पूछने की अनुमति नहीं है .

The Working Committee of the All India Congress Committee at its meeting held at Patna on 5-7 December 1934 adopted a resolution rejecting the scheme of Indian constitutional Reforms as recommended in the Report of the Joint Parliamentary Committee -LRB- 1933-34 -RRB- and reiterated the view that the only satisfactory alternative to the scheme was a constitution drawn upby a constituent assembly . अखिल भारतीय कांग्रेस कमेटी की कार्यकारिणी ने 5-7 दिसंबर , 1934 को पटना में हुई अपनी बैठक में एक प्रस्ताव स्वीकार किया जिसके द्वारा संयुक्त संसदीय समिति ( 1933-34 ) की रिपोर्ट में अनुशंसित भारतीय संवैधानिक सुधार की योजना को ठुकरा दिया गया तथा इस मत को दोहराया गया कि इस योजना का एकमात्र विकल्प यही है कि संविधान सभा एक संविधान तैयार करे .

The optimistic view further eroded when it became known that the Turkish foreign minister, an AKP leader, had instructed Turkey's diplomatic missions abroad to support a virulent militant Islamic group called Milli Görüş - described by a Hamburg court as the “greatest danger” to a democratic order in Germany.
