The other types are the utsava-mandapas for various periodical festivals where the utsava murtis were decorated , worshipped and taken out in procession . अनऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-य प्रकार भिनऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-न भिनऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-न समयों पर होने वाले उतऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-सवों के लिए उतऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-सव मंडप हैं , जहां उतऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-सव मूर्तियां सजाऋ जातीं , पूजी जातीं और जुलूस के रूप में बाहर लाऋ जातीं .

” That the matter of complaint made in the said second paragraph appeared in the said Brahmo Public Opinion in its issue of the 26th day of April , 1883 and no explanation or contradiction thereof appeared in that paper , or in any other newspaper , before the publication of the said issue of the said periodical work . ” कि शिकायत का आधार दूसरे अनुच्छेद की सामग्री ' ब्रह्यो पब्लिक ओपीनियन ' के 26 अप्रैल 1883 के अंक में छपी थी और इसका कोई खंडन या स्पष्टीकरण इस पत्र या दूसरे किसी अखबार में , उक्त पत्र के उक्त अंक के प्रकाशन से पहले नहीं छपा था .

” That the Brahmo Public Opinion referred to in the said paragraph is a periodical work published in Calcutta every Thursday , and is believed by the public , and I believe it , to be under the editorship of a gentleman practising as an attorney of this hon ' ble court . ” कि उक्त अनुच्छेदों में जिस ' ब्रह्यो पब्लिक ओपीनियन ' का हवाला दिया गया है , वह कलकत्ता से हर बृहस्पतिवार छपने वाला साप्ताहिक है , जिसे जनता का पूरा विश्वास प्राप्त है और जिसमें भी पूरी आस्था रखता हूं क्योंकि उसके संपादक महोदय इसी माननीय अदालत में अभिवक्ता हैं .

In the case relating to labourers engaged in various Asiad projects , the court also gave relief and further appointed three Ombudsmen and requested them to make periodical inspections of the sites of the construction work fpr the purpose of finding out whether the provisions of labour laws were being adhered to and the workers were receiving the benefits and amenities provided for them . विभिन्न एशियाड परियोजनाओं में कार्यरत मजदूरों के मामले में , न्यायालय ने राहत भी प्रदान की और साथ ही , तीन लोकपाल नियुक़्त करके उनसे निवेदन किया कि वे निर्माण के कार्यस्थलों का समय समय पर निरीक्षण करके यह मालूम करें कि वहां श्रमिक विधियों के उपबंधों का पालन हो रहा है या नहीं और मजदूरों को दिए जाने वाले हितलाभ और सुविधाएं उन्हें सचमुच प्राप्त हो रही हैं या नहीं .

Visits to constituencies and other places , correspondence with constituents and others , membership of governmental consultative or other official Committees , Boards , etc . official and unofficial publications , periodical literature and mass media ? the Radio , T.V . , the newspapers ? also help members keep themselves abreast of developments and well-informed about matters of administration and public policy . निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों में तथा अन्य स्थानों पर जाने , निर्वाचकों और अन्य लोगों से पत्र व्यवहार करने , सरकारी मंत्रणा या अन्य समितियों , बोर्डों आदि का सदस्य बनने , सरकारी एवं गैर-सरकारी प्रकाशनों , सामायिक साहित्य तथा रेडियो , टेलीजिन , समाचापत्रों जैसे जन-संचार माध्यमों से भी सदस्यों को नवीनतम घटनाओं की जानकारी रहती है और वे प्रशासन तथा सार्वजनिक नीतियों संबंधी मामलों से सुपरिचित रहते हैं .
