It consists of the Deputy Speaker or Deputy Chairman as the case may be , members of Panel of Chairmen , Chairmen of all the Standing Committees belonging to that House , leaders of recognised parties/groups and such other members as may be nominated by the Presiding Officer . इस समिति में उपाध्यक्ष या उपसभापति , जैसी भी स्थिति हो , सभापति तालिका के सदस्य , उस सदन की सभी स्थायी समितियों के सभापति , मान्यता-प्राप्त दलों/ग्रुपों के नेता ओर ऐसे अन्य सदस्य होते हैं जो पीठासीन अधिकारी द्वारा मनोनीत किए जाएं .
