Article 16 guarantees equality of opportunity in matters of public employment and articles 325 and 326 provide for equal rights to all adults to participate in elections . अनुच्छेद 16 में लोक नियोजन के विषय में अवसर की समानता की गारंटी दी गई है और अनुच्छेद 325 तथा 326 में सभी वयस्कों को चुनावों में भाग लेने के बराबर के अधिकार दिए गए हैं .
