It provided that all cases pending in the court of Rai Sahib Pandit Sri Kishan , first-class magistrate , Lahore against any or all the persons -LRB- 24 in number -RRB- would be tried by the Tribunal to be constituted under Section 4 . इसमें कहा गया कि लाहौर में प्रथम श्रेणी मजिस्ट्रेट राय साहेब पंडित श्री कृष्ण की अदालत में 24 व्यक़्तियों के खिलाफ चल रहे सभी विचाराधीन मुकदमों को धारा 4 अंतर्गत निर्मित ट्रिब्यूनल द्वारा चलाया जायेगा .

To avoid the dangers of an early change-over from English to Hindi it was provided that English would remain the official language of the Union until 1965 , and if necessary its use would continue after that date . अंग्रेजी से हिंदी में शीघ्र परिवर्तन लाने के खतरों से बचने के लिए यह प्रावधान किया गया था कि अंग्रेजी केंद्रीय संघीय सरकार की 1965 तक राजकीय भाषा रहेगी और यदि आवश्यक हुआ तो उसका उपयोग उस तारीख के बाद भी चलता रहेगा .

A Bengal Regulation of 1832 provided that in a civil suit the parties to which were of different religions , the laws of their religion shall not be permitted to operate to deprive such party or parties , of any property to which , but for the operation of such laws , they would have been entitled . 1832 के बंगाल के एक विनियम में यह उपबंध किया गया कि यदि किसी सिविल वाद के पक्षों के धर्म अलग अलग हो तो उनके धर्म की विधि को उस पक्ष अथवा पक्षों को किसी संपत्ति से वंचित करने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी जिस संपत्ति के वे हकदार होते यदि वह विधि प्रचलन में न होती .

It may send for persons , papers and records provided that if any question arises whether the evidence of a person or the production of a document is relevant for the purposes of the Committee , the question is referred to the Speaker whose decision is final . समिति व्यि>यों को साक्ष्य के लिए बुला सकती है , दस्तावेज और अभिलेख मंगा सकती है परंतु यदि कोऋ प्रश्न उठता है कि किसी व्यि> या साक्ष्य या किसी दस्तावेज का पेश किया जाना समिति के प्रयोजनों के लिए संगत है या नहीं , तो वह प्रश्न अध्यक्ष को निर्दिष्ट किया जाता है ऋसका फैसला अंतिम होता है .

The clauses provided that -LRB- a -RRB- there were no limitations , expressed or implied , upon the amending power of the Parliament under Art . 368 -LRB- 1 -RRB- , which is a ' constituent power ' and that -LRB- b -RRB- a Constitution Amendment Act would not , therefore , be subject to judicial review , on any ground . उपरोक़्त खंडों में कहा गया है कि अनुच्छेद 368 ( 1 ) के अधीन संविधान की संशोधन शक़्ति , जो एक ? संविधायी शक़्ति ? है , की स्पष्ट अथवा अंतर्निहित कोई सीमाएं नहीं हैं और कि ( ख ) इसलिए किसी भी संविधान संशोधन अधिनियम का किसी भी आधार पर न्यायिक पुनिर्विलोकन नहीं किया जा सकता .

However , the Governor of a State may with the prior consent of the President , aithorise the use of Hindi or any language used for any official purposes of the State in the proceedings of the High Court of the State provided that the judgements , decrees and orders must continue to be in English . लेकिन किसी राज्य का राज्यपाल राष्ट्रपति की पूर्व सहमति से उस उच्च न्यायालय की कार्यवाहियों में हिंदी भाषा के प्रयोग को या उस राज्य के शासकीय प्रयोजनों के लिए प्रयुक्त किसी भाषा के प्रयोग को प्राधिकृत कर सकेगा , लेकिन अनिवार्य है कि निर्णय , डिक्रियां तथा आदेश अंग्रेजी में ही दिए जाते रहेंगे ( अनुच्छेद 348 ) .

To ensure the independence of this office from the executive government of the day , it has been provided that the Comptroller and Auditor- General shall not be removed from his office except on grounds of proved misbehaviour or incapacity , on an address passed by each of the two Houses of Parliament by two-thirds majority of those present and voting and a majority of the total membership of each House being presented to the President in the same manner as applicable to the judges of the Supreme Court under article 124 -LRB- 4 -RRB- . प्रवर्तमान कार्यपालिका शासन से इस पद की स्वतंत्रता को सुनिश्चित किया जा सके , इसके लिए उपबंध किया गया है कि नियंत्रक-महालेखापरीक्षक को उसके पद से तभी हटाया जा सकेगा जब सिद्ध कदाचार या असमर्थता के आधार पर संसद के प्रत्येक सदन द्वारा , उस सदन की कुल सदस्य संख्या के बहुमत द्वारा तथा उस सदन के उपस्थित और मत देने वाले सदस्यों के दो तिहाई बहुमत द्वारा पारित समावेदन राष्ट्रपति के समक्ष उसी रीति से प्रस्तुत किया जाए जो अनुच्छेद 124 ( 4 ) के अधीन उच्चतम न्यायालय के न्यायाधीशों पर लागू होती है .
