The functions of the Committee are to make , after consultation with the Government of India , rules to provide for matters like medical ; housing , telephone and postal facilities to members of the two Houses and generally for regulating the payment of their daily and travelling allowances , etc . इस समिति के कृत्य इस प्रकार हैं : दोनों सदनों के सदस्यों के लिए चिकित्सा , आवास , टेलीफोन और डाक सुविधाओं जैसे मामलों के लिए भारत सरकार से परामर्श करके सामान्य रूप से उनके दैनिक और यात्रा भत्तों आदि की अदायगी को विनियमित करने के लिए उपबंध कराने वाले नियम बनाना .

The validity of any proceedings in Parliament cannot be questioned in a court of law on grounds of any alleged irregularity of procedure and no officer or member of Parliament is subject to jurisdiction of courts in respect of exercise of any powers in the matter of regulating procedure or conduct of business in Parliament -LRB- article 122 -RRB- . संसद की किसी कार्यवाही की विधिमान्यता की प्रक्रिया को किसी अभिकथित अनियमितता के आधार पर चुनौती नहीं दी जा सकती और संसद का कोई अधिकारी या सदस्य संसद में प्रक्रिया-विनियमन अथवा कार्य-संचालन के मामले में किसी शक्ति के प्रयोग के लिए न्यायालयों की अधिकारिता के अधीन नहीं होगा ( अनुच्छेद 122 ) .

It requires the automatic performance of myriad physiological functions of the body , like maintaining blood sugar , body temperature , or blood pressure at a particular level , or regulating breathing rate , or heart beat , or producing antibodies to counter microbial invasions as also gametes for reproduction , and many others which we have yet to discover and decipher . जिंदा रहने के लिए उन्हें रक्त-शर्करा की मात्रा , शरीर का तापमान तथ रक्तचाप को विशिष्ट स्तर तक बनाये रखना पड़ता है.श्वसन तथा हृदय की गति को नियंत्रित करना पड़ता है.बाहर से होने वाले जीवाणुओं के हमलों से शरीर की सुरक्षा करने हेतु प्रतिपिंड उत्पन्न करना , प्रजनन हेतु युग़्मक निर्माण करना तथा अन्य कई काम करने पड़ते हैं जिनकी अभी खोज नहीं की गयी है .

Roadway air dispersion model was evolved in the end of 1950s and the beginning of 1960 for helping National Environmental Policy Act and U.S.Department of Transportation (then known as Highways Social Law). Air Quality on the highways, specially regulating groups in the cities, helped development of many models. Some such groups are: Environmental Research and Technology (ERT)group of Lexington, Massachusetts); ESL Inc. group of Sunnyvale, California; California Air Resources Board group of Sacramento, California. ESL group collaborates with the United States Environmental Protection Agency in characterising sulfur hexafluoride as a contributing gas.
