The functions of the Committee are to examine the reports and accounts of the public undertakings specified in the Rules of Procedure and the reports of the Comptroller and Auditor-General thereon , if any , and to examine , in the context of the autonomy and efficiency of the public undertakings , whether the affairs of the public undertakings are being managed in accordance with sound business principles and prudent commercial practices . समिति के कृत्य इस प्रकार हैं : प्रक्रिया नियमों में उल्लिखित सरकारी उपक्रमों के प्रतिवेदनों और लेखाओं की और उन पर नियंत्रक महालेखापरीक्षक के प्रतिवेदनों की , यदि कोई हों तो , जांच करना और देखना कि क्या सरकारी उपक्रमों की स्वायत्तता और कार्यकुशलता के संदर्भ में सरकारी उपक्रमों के कार्य समुचित व्यापार सिद्धांतों और विवेकपूर्ण वाणिज्यिक प्रथाओं के अनुसार चलाए जा रहे हैं .

These Committees are distinguished from the other ad hoc Committees inasmuch as they are concerned with Bills and the procedure to be followed by them is laid down in the Rules of Procedure and Directions by the Speaker/Chairman . -LRB- b -RRB- Committees which are constituted from time to time either by the two Houses on a motion adopted in that behalf , or by the Speaker/Chairman to inquire into a report on a specific subject . ये समितियां अन्य तदर्थ समितियों से इस कारण भिऋ होती हैं कि इनका संबंध विधेयकों से होता है और इनके द्वारा ऋस प्रिऋया का पालन किया जाता है वह प्रिऋया नियमों और अध्यक्ष/सभापति द्वारा दिए गए निर्देशों में निर्धारित है.ह्यखहृ वे समितियां जो किसी विशिष्ट मामले की जांच करने और प्रतिवेदन देने के लिए दोनों सदनों द्वारा इस आशय को स्वीऋत करके या अध्यक्ष/सभापति द्वारा समय समय पर गठित होती हैं .
