Half-an-hour after the President 's Address , both the Houses meet in their respective Chambers where the copies of the President 's Address are laid on the Table of the House by the Secretary-General concerned . राष्ट्रपति के अभिभाषण के आधा घंटा पश्चात दोनों सदन अपने अपने चैंबर में समवेत होते हैं जहां राष्ट्रपति के अभिभाषण की प्रतियां सदन के महासचिव द्वारा सभा पटल पर रखी जाती हैं .

A copy of every resolution,whether private member ' s , government or statutory , is forwarded to the minister concerned by the Secretary-General , after it has been passed by the House . गैर-सरकारी सदस्य का संकल्प , सरकारी संकल्प या सांविधिक संकल्प के सदन द्वारा पास किए जाने के पश्चात् , ऐसे प्रत्येक संकल्प की एक प्रति महासचिव द्वारा संबंधित मंत्री को प्रेषित की जाती है .

It is the duty of the Secretary-General to see that adequate personnel is trained to fill the gaps occurring from time to time and that the efficiency of parliamentary life is maintained at a high level always . यह देखना महासचिव का कर्तव्य है कि समय समय पर रिक़्त होने ववाले पदों को भरने के लिए पर्याप्त कर्मचारियों को प्रशिक्षित किया जाए और संसदीय कार्य की कुशलता का एक उच्च स्तर सदा बना रहे .

For this , a minister is required to give seven days ' notice , to move for leave to introduce the Bill.Simultaneously , two duly corrected copies of the Bill are sent to the Secretary-General of the House in which it is sought to be ; introduced . विधेयक को पेश करने की अनुमति लेने के लिए मंत्री को सात दिन की सूचना देनी होती है.ऐसी सूचना के साथ विधेयक की विधिवत रूप से शुद्ध की गई दो प्रतियां उस सदन के महासचिव को भेजी जाती हैं जिसमें विधेयक पेश किया जाना हो .
