Conclusion of session- The President calls for the conclusion of session on the advise of Ministry, in this one session of Parliament ends and Parliament can start session again only when President issue summons for the start of next session. In the position of conclusion of session the pending issues with Parliament does not ends. सत्रावसान - मंत्रिपरिषद की सलाह पे सदनॉ का सत्रावसान राष्ट्रपति करता है इसमे संसद का एक सत्र समाप्त हो जाता है तथा संसद दुबारा तभी सत्र कर सकती है जब राष्ट्रपति सत्रांरभ का सम्मन जारी कर दे सत्रावसान की दशा मे संसद के समक्ष लम्बित कार्य समाप्त नही हो जाते है

The Court will judge the President the dismissal of both Houses of Parliament at least 2 / 3 present and voting and the proposal that the House passed by a majority of the total proven misconduct or inability to pay was brought up by her right to be given by the order will have been brought in the same session of Parliament in the session, this resolution is passed by Parliament, Article 124 (5) described the process by which judges are lay-off process based on the inability to Justice Act 1968 passed by Parliament -इस कोटि के जजॉ के राष्ट्रपति तब पदच्युत करेगा जब संसद के दोणो सदनॉ के कम से कम 2/3 उपस्थित तथा मत देने वाले तथा सदन के कुल बहुमत द्वारा पारित प्रस्ताव जो कि सिद्ध कदाचार या अक्षमता के आधार पे लाया गया हो के द्वारा उसे अधिकार दिया गया हो ये आदेश उसी संसद सत्र मे लाया जायेगा जिस सत्र मे ये प्रस्ताव संसद ने पारित किया हो अनु 124[5] मे वह प्रक्रिया वर्णित है जिस से जज पद्च्युत होते है इस प्रक्रिया के आधार पर संसद ने न्यायधीश अक्षमता अधिनियम 1968 पारित किया था इसके अंतर्गत
