"' ara Moilor "'( ), also known as " ara de Piatr " ( " The Stone Land " ) is an ethnogeographical region of Romania in the Apuseni Mountains, on the upper Hunedoara counties of Romania and a section of it forms the Apuseni Natural Park.

Unlike the Turning Stone land, which has been Oneida territory for generations, the raceway property is privately held and two things must happen for the Oneidas to acquire it for a casino : the federal Interior Department must determine that a casino would not be detrimental to the surrounding community and that it would be good for the tribe, and the governor must concur with such a two-part finding.
