Above them is the Court of the Subordinate Civil Judge , first class , whose jurisdiction , so far as money matters are concerned , is unlimited in most cases . इनके ऊपर अधीनस्थ सिविल न्यायाधीश , प्रथम श्रेणी , का न्यायालय है जिसकी धन संबंधी अधिकारिता प्राय : असीमित होती है .

The Claims Tribunal is a court subordinate to the High Court and the High Court can transfer cases from one Tribunal to another in the same state . दावा अधिकरण उच्च न्यायालय का अधीनस्थ न्यायालय होता है और उच्च न्यायालय मामलों को राज़्य के एक अधिकरण से दूसरे अधिकरण को स्थानांतरित कर सकता है .
