The farm's herd of Holstein cows also produces all the milk used by the acclaimed Cow Girl Creamery of Point Reyes, for creme fraiche, fromage blanc and Mount Tam triple cream cheese.

Enjoyed with a triple cream cheese, creamy polenta with teleme cheese, a juicy steak or pork shoulder roast, or a rich moussaka, the wine's dark fruit flavors-- blackberry, blueberry, red plum and the softest whisper of cooked cranberry-- blossom as the tannins wash over the fat that both coats and pleases the palate.
