A Money Bill can be introduced only in the Lok Sabha on the recommendation of the President and the Rajya Sabha has no power to withhold its concurrence . धन विधेयक , राष्ट्रपति की सिफारिश पर केवल लोक सभा में पेश किया जा सकता है और राज्य सभा को उस पर अपनी सम्मति को रोकने की शक्ति प्राप्त नहीं है .

If the Bill is passed again with or without any amendments and presented to President for assent , he shall not withhold assent -LRB- article 111 -RRB- . यदि विधेयक को संशोधनों के सहित या उनके बिना पुनः पारित कर दिया जाता है और अनुमति के लिए राष्ट्रपति के समक्ष उपस्थित किया जाता है तो वह उस पर अनुमति नहीं रोकेगा ( अनुच्छेद 111 ) .
