Though this latter movement was not very popular in Hindu society and was weakened by internal quarrels which divided it into two sub-sects , it rendered valuable service . यद्यपि यह ब्रह्म समाज का आंदोलन हिंदू समाज में बहुत लोकप्रिय नहीं थ और आंतरिक लड़ाइयों में कमजोर हो गया था , जिसने इसका दो उप-पंथों में विभाजन कर दिया था , किंतु फिर भी उसके द्वारा मूल्यवान सेवांए दी गयी .

The Tribunal can summarily reject an application if it finds that it has not been filed in accordance with the prescribed rules or if it is not a fit case for adjudication or trial by it . यदि अधिकरण यह पाता है कि कोई आवेदन विहित नियमों के अनुसार प्रस्तुत नहीं किया गया है या वह उसके द्वारा न्यायनिर्णयन अथवा विचारण के उपयुक़्त नहीं है तो वह उसे संक्षिप्त विचारण में ही नामंजूर कर सकता है .

On the way Ram freed demon turned “”Gandharv Kabandh“” from the curse of the sage Durvasa by killing him and, impressed by Shabari's devotional service, he ate partly eaten berries given by Shabari in her ashram. रास्ते में राम ने दुर्वासा के शाप के कारण राक्षस बने गन्धर्व कबन्ध का वध करके उसका उद्धार किया और शबरी के आश्रम जा पहुँचे जहाँ पर कि उसके द्वारा दिये गये झूठे बेरों को उसके भक्ति के वश में होकर खाया।

On the contrary , they consider the wandering about in plants and animals as a lower stage , where a man dwells for punishment for a certain length of time , which is thought to correspond to the wretched deeds he has done . इसके विपरीत वे आत्मा का वनस्पतियों और पशुओं की योनि में भटकना निम्नतर अवस्था मानते हैं , जहां मनुष्य एक नियत समय तक दंड-स्वरूप रहता है और वह समय उसके द्वारा किए गए दुष्कर्मों के अनुरूप माना जाता है .

Though the winning party gets costs as awarded by the court , these do not fully make up for the expenses incurred by the successful party , as such expenses are usually in excess of the costs awarded . जीतने वाले पक्ष को यद्यपि न्यायालय द्वारा निर्णीत खर्च मिलता है पर इससे उसके द्वारा किए गए खर्च की पूरी तरह प्रतिपूर्ति नहीं होती क्योंकि वास्तविक खर्च न्यायालय द्वारा दिलवाए गए खर्च से प्राय : अधिक होता है .

Every person appointed as a judge of the Supreme Court , before he enters upon his office , takes an oath before the President or some person appointed in that behalf by him in the form prescribed in the Constitution . उच्चतम न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश के रूप में नियुक्त प्रत्येक व्यक्ति को अपना पद ग्रहण करने से पूर्व राष्ट्रपति या उसके द्वारा इस निमित्त नियुक्त व्यक्ति के समक्ष संविधान में विहित रीति से शपथ लेनी होती है .

On the way Rama slayed Kabandha demon & liberated a Gandharva who had become a demon due to rse of Durvasa Rishi. Rama also went to the ashram of Shabri & ate plum fruits that were tasted by her because of her great devotion towards him. रास्ते में राम ने दुर्वासा के शाप के कारण राक्षस बने गन्धर्व कबन्ध का वध करके उसका उद्धार किया और शबरी के आश्रम जा पहुँचे जहाँ पर कि उसके द्वारा दिये गये झूठे बेरों को उसके भक्ति के वश में होकर खाया।

It would also be a breach of privilege or misconduct on the part of a member to enter into an agreement with another person for any reward to advocate and prosecute in the House the claims of such person . यदि कोई सदस्य किसी व्यक्ति से उसके किन्हीं दावों की सदन में वकालत करने के लिए प्रतिफल प्राप्त करने हेतु कोई समझौता करता है तो यह भी उस सदस्य का कदाचार अथवा उसके द्वारा विशेषाधिकार का भंग किया जाना माना जाता है .
