People of Rajasthan did not want to lose Abu Delwara Tehsil which so far was going alone, because in this Tehsil was Mount Abu which is called the Kashmir of Rajasthan and rest of the Rajasthanis, relatives of the inhabitants of Sirohi who had been left out and even the land of some others went to other states. अब तक अलग चल रहे आबू देलवाडा तहसील को राजस्थान के लोग खोना नही चाहते थे क्योंकि इसी तहसील में राजस्थान का कश्मीर कहा जाने वाला आबूपर्वत भी आता था दूसरे राजस्थानी बच चुके सिरोही वासियों के रिश्तेदार और कईयों की तो जमीन भी दूसरे राज्य में जा चुकी थी।

Lebanon's independence has been in question since the state came into being in 1926 because its Syrian neighbor has never reconciled itself to losing Lebanon's territories. Damascus has variously expressed this reluctance cartographically (showing the boundary with Lebanon as “regional,” not international), diplomatically (never opening a Syrian embassy in Beirut), and politically (more than three decades of dominating internal Lebanese affairs). लेबनान की स्वतन्त्रता 1926 में उसके अस्तित्व में आने के बाद से ही प्रश्न चिन्हित है। क्योंकि सीरिया पड़ोसी लेबनान के राज्यक्षेत्र को खोना नहीं चाहता। दमिश्क ने मानचित्र के आधार पर ( इसकी सीमायें क्षेत्रीय बताई न कि अन्तरराष्ट्रीय) कूटनीति के आधार पर (बेरुत में सीरिया का दूतावास नहीं खोला) और राजनीतिक आधार पर (तान दशकों से लेबनान के घरेलू मामले में दबदबा बनाये रखा) लेबनान को अस्वीकार किया।
