Article 266 describes this as the accumulation of the proceeds of the taxes and levies of the Indian Government, and repaid debts. This is a fund under the custody of the legislature. Expenditure made from this fund is audited by the Controller and Auditor General. The Act 266 also mentions that the funds collected by Indian government from income tax collections and the debt loan repayment fund, collectively called as public fund. All future funds are deposited into this public fund by the executives under the jurisdiction of administrative office governed by the controller general of accounts. Many of these authors have names that at the very least sound Jewish and none that sound like Muslim names. While I know we can't judge a book by its cover it still gives me reason to doubt the balance of the information in these books. I also noticed another book [ published by Mason Crest - DP ] on Islamic Fundamentalism and the glowing review they quote is from the Association of Jewish Libraries.
