If two or more Claims Tribunals are constituted for one area of a state , just as in metropolitan cities , the state government regulates distribution of cases among them . यदि किसी राज़्य के एक ही क्षेत्र के लिए दो या दो से अधिक अधिकरणों का गठन किया जाता है , जैसा कि महानगरों के संबंध में हो सकता है तो राज़्य सरकार उनके बीच मामलों के बंटवारे का नियमन करती है .

To carry out this function the Committee recommended setting up of a national transport commission to deal with the three main functions , viz . pricing , investment and regulation . इस कार्य के लिये कमेटी ने सहयोग के तीन मुख़्य कार्यों , यथा कीमत , विनियोग तथा नियमन को चलाने की दृष्टि से एक राष्ट्रीय यातायात आयोग ( नेशनल ट्रांसपोर्ट कमीशन ) की स्थापना की सिफारिश की है .

The Indian Companies Act of 1936 sought to remedy the organisational and managerial abuses by regulating the appointment , tenure , power and remuneration of managing agents , and by safeguarding the rights and policies of the shareholders . ' सन् 1936 के इंडियन कंपनीज एक़्ट के माध्यम से मैनेजिंग एजेंटों की नियुक़्ति , उनके कार्यकाल , अधिकार और वेतन के नियमन द्वारा तथा शेयरहोल्डरों की नीतियों और अधिकारों की सुरक्षा द्वारा , संगठन और प्रबंधन संबंधी दुरूपयोगों को रोकने का प्रयत्न किया गया .

The energy crisis brought about by the sharp increase in oil prices in 1973-74 underlined the need for a comprehensive energy policy to regulate energy consumption in the country , ensure judicious exploitation of energy resources and conserve non-renewable energy reserves . ऊर्जा सन् 1973-74 में तेल की कीमतों में हुऋ वृद्धि से आये ऊर्जा संकट ने एक वऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-यापक ऊर्जा नीति की आवशऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-यकता को रेखांकित किया ऋससे देश में ऊर्जा उपभोग का नियमन , ऊर्जा संसाधनों का उचित उपयोग तथा नषऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-टप्राय ऊर्जा भंडारों का संरक्षण किया जा सकता है .
