No amendment is permitted which seeks to vary the amount or alter the allocation of any grant head or vary the amount of any charged expenditure . ऐसे किसी संशोधन की अनुमति नहीं दी जाती जिसका उद्देश्य रकम में अथवा अनुदान मद के आवंटन में या किसी भारित व्यय की रकम में परिवर्तन करना हो .

Till now, the parliament has weighted upon it the salaries, allowances and pensions of the Election Commissioners, the salaries, allowances and pensions of the members of the Central Vigilance Commission. अभी तक संसद ने निर्वाचन आयुक्तॉ के वेतन भत्ते पेंशन केन्द्रीय सर्तकता आयोग सदस्यॉ के वेतन भत्ते पेंशन भी इस पर भारित किये है

Estimates and Demands for Grants : Estimates relating to expenditure charged on the Consolidated Fund are not submitted to the vote of Parliament but discussion there on is not barred . अनुमान तथा अनुदानों की मांगें 1 : संचित निधि पर भारित व्यय से संबंधित अनुमान संसद में मतदान के लिए नहीं रखे जाते लेकिन उनकी चर्चा पर रोक नहीं है .

In order to avoid parliamentary control over the expenses of the Supreme Court provision has been made that the administrative expenses of the court be charged to the consolidated fund of India . उच्चतम न्यायालय के खर्च के ऊपर संसद का नियंत्रण न रहे , इसके लिए यह उपबंध किया गया है कि इस न्यायालय के प्रशासनिक व्यय को भारत की समेकित निधि पर भारित किया जाएगा .

As per rule 112[3], the fund has been deposited in Parliament permission. - वे व्यय जो कि भारत की संचित निधि पर बिना संसदीय स्वीकृति के भारित होते है ये व्यय या तो संविधान द्वारा स्वीकृत होते है या संसद विधि बना कर डाल देती है कुछ संवैधानिक पदॉ की स्वतंत्रता बनाये रखने के लिये यह व्यय प्रयोग लाये गये है अनु 112[3] मे कुछ भारित व्ययॉ की सूची है

According to 265,the municipal comission cannot disburse the tax or cannot extract the tax amount.according to 266 before disbursing income or doing expenditure it is important to take the permission of the parliament. अनु 265 के अनुसार कोई भी कर कार्यपालिका द्वारा बिना विधि के अधिकार के न तो आरोपित किया जायेगा और न ही वसूला जायेगा अनु 266 के अनुसार भारत की समेकित निधि से कोई धन व्यय /जमा भारित करने से पूर्व संसद की स्वीकृति जरूरी है

According to ST 265 no tax can be imposed and recovered by the working government without procedural method.
