A tumultuous decade has passed since the Justice and Development Party was first elected to office on Nov. 3, 2002. Almost unnoticed, the country exited the pro-Western era started by Mustafa Kemal Atatürk (1881-1938) and entered the anti-Western era of Recep Tayyip Erdoğan (born 1954). 3 नवम्बर 2002 को जस्टिस एंड डेवलेपमेंट पार्टी द्वारा पहली बार सत्ता ग्रहण करने के बाद से अब तक हलचल भरा एक दशक व्यतीत हो चुका है। जिस बात की ओर ध्यान ही नहीं दिया गया कि देश ने मुस्तफा कमाल अतातुर्क ( 1881 से 1938) के शासन काल में आरम्भ हुए पश्चिम समर्थक मार्ग को प्रायः छोड कर अब रिसेप तईप एरडोगन (1954 में जन्मे) के पश्चिम विरोधी काल में प्रवेश किया है।

During these 800 years several new movements , religious and intellectual , arose in India creating storm and stress in the minds of the people and there was a danger that the foundation of national unity laid by the Vedic Hindu culture would be destroyed and the country would be divided into separate cultural zones with nothing common among them . इन 800 वर्षो में भारत में अनेक धार्मिक तथा बऋद्धिक आंदोलन उठे और ऋससे लोगों के मसऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-तिषऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-क में तूफान और हलचल उतऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-पनऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-न हुऋ और खतरा पैदा हुआ कि वैदिक हिंदू संसऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-ऋति द्वारा डाली गयी राषऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-ट्रीय एकता की नीवं नषऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-ट हो जायेगी और देश बिना किसी बात की समानता के अलग अलग सांसऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-ऋतिक क्षेत्रों में विभाऋत हो जाएगा .

The exit [occurred] without the fanfare, parties and tributes that normally accompany a leading envoy's departure, much less a public statement. संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका के अधिकारियों और विदेश विभाग के दूतों के अनुसार संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका में सउदी राजदूत राजकुमार तुर्की अल फैसल राज्य सचिव कोण्डोलिजा राइस और उनके स्टाफ को सूचित कर अपने कार्यकाल के 15 माह के उपरांत ही वाशिंगटन से कल रवाना हो गये। अरब कूटनीतिज्ञों के अनुसार लम्बे समय तक खुफिया सेवा में कार्यरत रहे तुर्की ने अपने स्टाफ को कल बताया कि वे अपने परिवार के साथ अधिक समय व्यतीत करना चाहते हैं। उनके सहकर्मियों ने बताया कि वे इस निर्णय पर हतप्रभ हैं। वे बिना किसी अधिक हलचल के चले गये जबकि किसी दूत के जाने पर सार्वजनिक बयान से अधिक पार्टियाँ और धन्यवाद होता है
