The judgment in the case was pronounced on 7th October , 1930 : “ Having regard to the deliberate and cowardly murder in which he took part and to his position as a leading member of the conspiracy , he is sentenced to be hanged by the neck till he is dead . ” इस मुकदमे का फैसला 7 अक़्तूबर 1930 को सुनाया गया : “ इस सुविचारित और कायरतापूर्ण हत्या में उनकी भागीदारी तथा षड्यंत्र के एक मुख़्य नेता के रूप में उनकी हैसियत को देखते हुए उन्हें मृत्यु हो जाने तक फांसी पर लटकाए जाने का दंड दिया जाता है . ”

IT was fortunate that the Maharshi came down to earth from his lofty perch in the Himalayas where he at one time threatened to spend the rest of his life in divine contemplation , for within three years after the Himalayan interlude was born , on 7th May 1861 , Rabindranath Tagore . यह सौभाग्य की बात थी कि महर्षि अपने उस उत्तुंग हिमालय वाले मचान से नीचे धरती पर उतर आए थे जहां वे कभी अपने जीवन के अंतिम वर्षों को ईश्वरीय साधना में बिताना चाहते थे.क्योंकि इस हिमालयी प्रस्थान-भावना के तीन वर्ष के अंदर ही 7 मई , 1861 को रवीन्द्रनाथ ठाकुर का जन्म हुआ .
