Where the problem is excessive noise, the local authority has power to prevent the disturbance under Section 79 of the Environment Protection Act 1990 (as amended by the Statutory Nuisance Act 1993). जो किरायेदार ऐसा शोर शराबा मचाता है , वह मकान मालिक का एजंट भी हो सकता है और वह करयेदार ऐसा इसलिए जर रहा है जिस से कि बाकी के किरायेदार परेशान हो के मकान छोड के चले जाये ।

This Act was amended in 1986 to tackle the situation created by the large- scale unlawful immigration into India of persons from Bangladesh , Sri Lanka and some African countries . बांग्लादेश , श्रीलंका और कुछ अफ्रीकी देशों से बड़ी संख्या में लोगों के गैर कानूनी तरीके से भारत में आ जाने के कारण उत्पन्न स्थिति से निपटने के लिए 1986 में इस अधिनियम में संशोधन किया गया .

Our Constitution may be said to be a combination of rigid and flexible in as much as certain provisions of the Constitution - e.g . articles 2 , 3 and 4 , and 169 - can be amended like ordinary legislation by simple majority in the Houses of Parliament . हमारे संविधान को अनम्य तथा नम्य का मिश्रण कहा जा सकता है क्योंकि संविधान के कतिपय उपबंदों यथा अनुच्छेद 2 , 3 तथा 4 और 169 का संशोधन साधारण विधान की तरह संसद के दोनों सदनों में साधारण बहुमत द्वारा किया जा सकता है .

Second , for the most part , the provisions of the Constitution can be amended by the Parliament by a special majority , namely , a majority of not less than two-thirds of the members of each House present and voting . दूसरे , अधिकांशतया संसद द्वारा संविधान के उपबंध में संशाधन विशेष बहुमत से किया जा सकता है , अर्थात प्रत्येक सदन की कुल सदस्य संख़्या के बहुमत द्वारा तथा उपस्थित और मतदान करने वाले सदस्यों के कम से कम दो-तिहाई बहुमत द्वारा .
