The orders passed in appeal or in revision by the Cooperative Appellate Courts are final and conclusive and cannot be called in question in any civil or revenue court . सहकारी अपील न्यायालयों द्वारा अपील या पुनरीक्षण में पारित किए गए आदेश अंतिम तथा निश्चायक होते हैं और इन पर किसी सिविल राजस्व न्यायालय में आपत्ति नहीं उठाई जा सकती .

This was a very great honour because although some Indians like Ranade and Telang had already become judges , they were judges on what was called the ' Appellate side ' , and were members of a Bench which included other English judges . यह बहुत बड़ा सम्मान था क़्योंकि यद्यपि रानाडे और तेलंग पहले ही जज बन चुके थे , परंतु वे अपील पक्ष के जज थे और उस पीठ के सदस्य थे जिसमें अन्य अंग्रेज जज भी शामिल थें .

According to the Act the aggrieved party can appeal against any of the above actions to an Appellate Tribunal which has been constituted under the Act by the central government to hear appeals . अधिनियम के अनुसार व्यथित पक्ष उपर्युक़्त किसी कार्रवाई के विरुद्ध एक अपील अध्Lकरण में अपील कर सकता है जिसका गठन केंन्द्र सरकार ने इस अधिनियम के अधीन अपीलों की सुनवाई के लिए किया है .
