Where disputes among traders , craftsmen , artisans , artists , etc . were concerned , if the courts found it difficult to arrive at correct decisions , perhaps because of the technical problems involved , they could seek the help of experts in the concerned field as assessors who could help in deciding disputed questions of fact . यदि व्यापारियों , शिल्पियों , दसऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-तकारों , कलाकारों आदि के विवादों में निहित तकनीकी समस्याओं के कारण न्यायालयों को सही निर्णय देने में कठिनाऋ अनुभव होती थी तो वे संबंधित क्षेत्र के विशेष&ओं की परामर्शक के रूप में सहायता कर सकते थे .
