The Chief Justice of the High Court would appoint one of the members of the Tribunal as president of the Tribunal and authorise the Tribunal , to pass upon any person convicted by it , any sentence authorised by law for the punishment of the offence of which such a person was convicted . उच्च न्यायालय के मुख़्य न्यायाधीश ट्रिब्यूनल के किसी एक सदस्य को अध्यक्ष बनायेंगे और ट्रिब्यूनल को यह अधिकार देंगे कि वह अपने द्वारा अभिशंसित किसी भी व्यक़्ति को उसके द्वारा किये गये अपराध के लिए कानूनी तौर पर प्राधिकृत दंड दे सके .

The application for compensation arising out of accidents can be made by a person who sustained injury or by the owner of the property or , where death has resulted by accident , by any legal heir or by any agent duly authorised by all or any of the legal heirs of the deceased . दुर्घटनाओं से उत्पन्न प्रतिकर के लिए आवेदन आहत व्यक्ति या संपत्ति का स्वामी या यदि दुर्घटना के फलस्वरूप किसी की मृत्यु हो गई है तो उसके किसी वैध वारिस या मृतक के किसी या सभी वैध वारिसों द्वारा विधिवत प्राधिकृत अभिकर्ता प्रस्तुत कर सकता है .

While the Estimates Committee deals with the estimates of public expenditure , the Public Accounts Committee examines mainly the accounts showing the appropriation of sums granted by the House for the expenditure of the Government of India in order to ascertain whether the money has been spent as authorised by the Parliament and for the purpose for which it was granted . प्राक्कलन समिति सार्वजनिक व्यय के अनुमानों संबंधी कार्य करती हैं , और लोक लेखा समिति मुख्यतया भारत सरकार के व्यय के लिए सदन द्वारा प्रदान की गई राशियों का विनियोग दर्शाने वाले लेखाओं की जांच करती है जिसका उद्देश्य यह सुनिश्चित करना होता है कि क्या धन संसद द्वारा प्राधिकृत रूप से खर्च किया गया है और उसी प्रयोजन के लिए खर्च किया गया है जिसके लिए वह प्रदान किया गया था .
