Norris disowned her initiative, apologized for it, and even befriended the local Council on American-Islamic Relations representative , to little avail. यह विषय वहाँ से आरम्भ होता है जब अप्रैल में कामेडी सेंट्रल कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत एक वयस्क कार्टून कार्यक्रम साउथ पार्क में पैगम्बर मोहम्मद के कार्टून को लेकर प्रतिबन्ध की अवहेलना की गयी। इसके बाद एक अस्पष्ट वेबसाइट रेवोल्यूशन मुस्लिम डाट काम ( जिसके स्वामी को इसके बाद आतंकवाद सम्बन्धित आरोप में गिरफ्तार किया गया) ने इसकी प्रतिक्रिया में शो के लेखक को धमकी दी। इसके बाद ट्रे पार्कर और मैट स्टोन डर गये और कामेडी सेंट्रल ने इसके बाद मोहम्मद के किसी उल्लेख को प्रतिबन्धित कर दिया।

Over the course of the tape, Sheikh Issa acts in an increasingly sadistic manner. He uses an electric cattle prod against the man's testicles and inserts it in his anus. At another point, as the man wails in pain, the Sheikh pours lighter fluid on the man's testicles and sets them aflame. Then the tape shows the Sheikh sorting through some wooden planks. “I remember there was one that had a nail in it,” he says on the tape. The Sheikh then pulls down the pants of the victim and repeatedly strikes him with board and its protruding nail. At one point, he puts the nail next to the man's buttocks and bangs it through the flesh. “Where's the salt,” asks the Sheikh as he pours a large container of salt on to the man's bleeding wounds. The victim pleads for mercy, to no avail. The final scene on the tape shows the Sheikh positioning his victim on the desert sand and then driving over him repeatedly. A sound of breaking bones can be heard on the tape. पूरे टेप में शेख इसा ऐसा व्यवहार करता है जो कि अत्यंत दुखद है। वह एक विद्युत उपकरण उस व्यक्ति के गुप्ताँग से ले जाकर उसकी गुदा में प्रवेश करा देता है। एक और स्थल पर जब व्यक्ति पीडा से कराह रहा है तो शेख व्यक्ति के गुप्ताँग पर ज्वलनशील द्र्व्य डालकर उस पर आग लगा देता है। उसके बाद शेख कुछ लकडी की छडी से छाँटता है और कहता है, “ मुझे याद है इसमें से एक में काँटे थे” । इसके बाद शेख पीडित की पैंट उतार देता है और बार बार फिर उन्हीं काँटों से उस पर वार करता है।
