The total weight ( all-up weight ) of the installation machine comprises : the cable drum and cable; the wrapping mechanism; the motive power unit; the tension control mechanism and the counterweight system.

The lower part of the launcher is constructed of a stainless steel framework, within which the vehicle is stored . cable drum and two electric transformers are located in the upper part of the launcher.
