Shariah -RRB- , as well as in the general learning of their age . भविष्य में , बदलती हुई पर्Lस्थितियों के अनुसार इस्लामी कानूनों की व्याख़्या की दायित्व , मूजाहिदों या योग़्य विद्वानों , जिन्हें कुरान तथा हदीस ( इस्लाम की शरिया के ) तथा उनके युग की सामान्य विद्या का अच्छा ज्ञान हो , पर छोड़ दिया गया था .
