The English language has been the common medium of communication on the higher intellectual level , between people from different parts of India , and it is likely to retain that position for some time , till Hindi has found nationwide currency and has made enough progress to be able to express scientific ideas clearly and precisely . अंग्रेजी भाषा भारत के विभिन्न भागों के लोगों के बीच उच्च बौद्धिक स्तर पर संप्रेषण का आम माध्यम थी और कुछ समय तक वह यह स्थिति बनाये रखेगी , ऐसी संभावना है , जब तक कि हिंदी देश भर में लोकप्रिय नहीं बन जाती वैज्ञानिक विचारों को स्पष्ट और सूक्ष्म रूप में व्यक़्त करनके के लिए उसका समुचित विकास नहीं हो जाता .

The Khaleej Times newspaper explained that the mosque “would be designated for learning the principles and teachings of Islam as well as teaching of English language, for which high-standard teachers would be brought from United States under his personal supervision.” नवंबर में समाचार आया कि जैक्सन अपने नए आवास के निकट एक मस्जिद बनाने के लिए पर्याप्त मात्रा में धन उपलब्ध करा रहे हैं .खलीज टाइम्स ने बताया कि मस्जिद का प्रयोग इस्लाम के सिद्धांत और शिक्षाओं के अध्ययन के साथ अंग्रेजी भाषा सिखाने के लिए भी होगा और इसके लिए अमेरिका से उच्च शिक्षकों को जैक्सन की निगरानी में बुलाया जाएगा .
