Taxpayers currently under audit pursuant to Letters of Authority ( LA ) or Revenue Verification Order ( RVO ) issued by the BIR, but to whom no final notice of assessment has yet been issued, may also avail of the VAP . Upon availment these LAs and RVOs are automatically revoked.

Details of documents issued by government authorities like COCs, Letters of Authority for issue of a COC ( commonly referred to as a " Blue Chit " ), endorsements for serving on special ship types, CDCs, etc ., issued in due course are directly communicated to the INDos centre for updating the data.
