They are seething with sedition ; they preach violence ; they speak of murders with approval and the cowardly and atrocious act of committing murders with bombs not only seems to meet with your approval , but , you hail the advent of the bomb in India as if something has come to India for its good . वे राजद्रोह से खौल रहे हैं ; वे हिंसा का उपदेश देते हैं ; वे हत्याओं के समर्थन में बोलते हैं.बम विस्फोटों से जान लेने के कायरतापूर्ण एवं पाशविक कृत्यों को सिर्फ तुम्हारा समर्थन ही नहीं मिला है , बल्कि तुमने भारत में बमों के प्रवेश का ऐसे स्वागत किया है , मानों वे भारत की भलाई के लिए आये हों .

Sovereignty and integrity of India : This ground for imposing restrictions on the right to freedom of speech and expression was added by the Sixteenth Amendment in 1963 so as not to permit anyone to challenge the integrity or sovereignty of India or to preach cession of any part of the territory of India . भारत की संप्रभुता तथा अखंडता : भाषण और अभिव्यक्ति की स्वतंत्रता के अधिकार पर प्रतिबंध लगाने का यह अधिकार 1963 में 16वें संविधान संशोधन द्वारा जोड़ा गया था ताकि कोई भी व्यक्ति भारत की अखंडता या संप्रभुता को चुनौती न दे सके या भारत के राज्य क्षेत्र के किसी भाग के अध्यर्पण का प्रचार न कर सके .
