For the future that we envisage must provide for equal rights and opportunities for every citizen , man or woman , and legal as well as social tyranny and injustice must be removed . हम जिस भविष्य की बात सोचते हैं , उसमें हर नागरिक को , चाहे वह आदमी हो या औरत , हक और तरक़्की के मौके बराबर Zबराबर मिलने चाहिए , उसे कानूनी हक मिलना चाहिए और सामाजिक अत्याचार और अन्याय खत्म किया जाना चाहिए .

In 1976 the central government passed the Smugglers and Foreign Exchange Manipulators -LRB- Forfeiture of Property -RRB- Act to provide for the forfeiture of illegally acquired properties by smugglers and foreign exchange manipulators . तस्करों की जब्त संपत्ति के लिए अपील अधिकरण 1976 में केंन्द्र सरकार ने तस्कर तथा विदेशी मुद्रा छलसाधक ( संपत्ति जब्ती ) अधिनियम पारित किया जिसका उद्देश्य तस्करों और विदेशी मुद्रा के छलसाधकों द्वारा अवैध रूप से अर्जित कि गई संपत्ति की जब्ती के लिए उपबंध करना था .
