Session end - On the suggestion of cabinet minsters, the President ends the session and the session can only be restarted when the President issues summons for starting the session. In the case of ending session Parliament ends the pending works. सत्रावसान - मंत्रिपरिषद की सलाह पे सदनॉ का सत्रावसान राष्ट्रपति करता है इसमे संसद का एक सत्र समाप्त हो जाता है तथा संसद दुबारा तभी सत्र कर सकती है जब राष्ट्रपति सत्रांरभ का सम्मन जारी कर दे सत्रावसान की दशा मे संसद के समक्ष लम्बित कार्य समाप्त नही हो जाते है

At the commencement of the first session after each general election to Lok Sabha and at the commencement of the first session of each year , the President addresses both Houses of Parliament assembled together and informs the Parliament of the causes of its summons . लोक सभा के लिए प्रत्येक आम चुनाव के पश्चात् प्रथम अधिवेशन के प्रारंभ में और प्रत्येक वर्ष के प्रथम अधिवेशन के प्रारंभ में राष्ट्रपति एक साथ समवेत संसद के दोनों सदनों के समक्ष अभिभाषण करता है और सदनों की बैठक के लिए आमंत्रित करने के लिए कारणों की संसद को सूचना देता है .

End of the term - On the advice of the Council of Ministers, the President ends the term, in this one term of the Parliament ends and Parliment can begin its second term only when the President issues summons for the session, in the condition of the end of the term, no long term issues can be brought before the Parliament. सत्रावसान - मंत्रिपरिषद की सलाह पे सदनॉ का सत्रावसान राष्ट्रपति करता है इसमे संसद का एक सत्र समाप्त हो जाता है तथा संसद दुबारा तभी सत्र कर सकती है जब राष्ट्रपति सत्रांरभ का सम्मन जारी कर दे सत्रावसान की दशा मे संसद के समक्ष लम्बित कार्य समाप्त नही हो जाते है

Conclusion of session- The President calls for the conclusion of session on the advise of Ministry, in this one session of Parliament ends and Parliament can start session again only when President issue summons for the start of next session. In the position of conclusion of session the pending issues with Parliament does not ends. सत्रावसान - मंत्रिपरिषद की सलाह पे सदनॉ का सत्रावसान राष्ट्रपति करता है इसमे संसद का एक सत्र समाप्त हो जाता है तथा संसद दुबारा तभी सत्र कर सकती है जब राष्ट्रपति सत्रांरभ का सम्मन जारी कर दे सत्रावसान की दशा मे संसद के समक्ष लम्बित कार्य समाप्त नही हो जाते है

Sittings of the Houses Along with the summons for a session , a Provisional Calendar of Sittings showing the programme of sittings , the nature of business -LRB- government or private members ' -RRB- to be transacted and a question chart giving information about days allotted to various ministries for answering questions , and dates fixed for holding ballots are issued to members . सदनों की बैठकें किसी अधिवेशन के लिए ? आमंत्रण ? के साथ सदस्यों को ? बैठकों का अस्थायी तिथि पत्र ? भेजा जाता है जिसमें दर्शाया जाता है कि बैठकें किस किस तिथि को होंगी , कौन कौन-सा कार्य किया जाएगा . प्रश्नों का चार्ट भी भेजा जाता है जिसमें यह जानकारी दी जाती है कि प्रश्नों के उत्तर के लिए विभिन्न मंत्रालयों Zके लिए कौन कौन-सी तिथियां नियत की गई हैं
