In the day-to-day functioning of the Parliament , the observance , by members of certain rules regarding personal behaviour or etiquette is very important not only for the smooth and decent conduct of the business of the House but also for upholding the dignity of the Parliament and its members . संसद के दिन-प्रतिदिन के कार्यकरण में सदस्यों द्वारा निजी व्यवहार में शिष्टाचार संबंधी कुछ नियमों का पालन करना केवल इसलिए बहुत महत्वपूर्ण नहीं होता कि सदन का कार्य निर्बाध रूप से और शिष्टता से चलता रहे बल्कि इसलिए भी कि संसद और इसके सदस्यों की गरिमा बनी रहे .

Further an appeal from High Court was presented , but the Chief Justice of the British High Court , Mr Vaughan Williams , upheld the decision of the Divisional Court and approved handing over of Savarkar to the authorities , to be taken to India to face trial before a Special Tribunal , appointed under a special ordinance to try Savarkar . पुनः हाई कोर्ट में एक अपील दाखिल की गयी , लेकिन ब्रिटिश हाई कोर्ट के मुख्य न्यायाधीश श्री वाग्घन विलियम्स ने डिवीजनल कोर्ट के निर्णय की पुष्टि करते हुए सावरकर को उच्चाधिकारियों के सुपुर्द करने का अनुमोदन किया जिससे उन्हें भारत ले जाया जाये और एक विशेष अध्यादेश द्वारा स्थापित विशेष ट्रिब्यूनल द्वारा उन पर मुकदमा चलाया जाये .

Last week, Israel's Supreme Court , by a 6-5 vote, upheld this landmark law, making it permanent. While recognizing the rights of a person to marry, the court denied that this implies a right of residency. As the president-designate of the court, Asher Dan Grunis, wrote in the majority opinion, “Human rights are not a prescription for national suicide.” पिछले सप्ताह इजरायल के सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ने 6-5 के बहुमत से इस मह्त्वपूर्ण कानून को स्थाई बना दिया। किसी व्यक्ति के विवाह के अधिकार को मान्यता देते हुए भी न्यायालय ने इस बात से इंकार कर दिया कि इसके साथ ही निवास का अधिकार भी प्राप्त होता है। न्यायालय के मनोनीत प्रधान अशर दन ग्रुनिस ने अपने बहुमत के निर्णय में अपने विचार व्यक्त किये , “ मानवाधिकार राष्ट्रीय आत्मह्त्या का निर्देश नहीं है” ।
