The entire cost of transport of the families , free rations till the land started yielding , subsidy for the construction of houses , free tractorisation , free seed and fertilizers , subsidy for utensils and bullocks , were provided by the government in the initial years of the programme . परिवारों को आने का पूर्ण मार्ग व्यय , भूमि से पैदावार प्राप्त करने तक निशुल्क राशन , मकान बनाने के लिए अनुदान , मुफ्त ट्रैक्टर सेवा , बीज तथा खाद और भाड़े के बर्तन तथा बैलों के लिए अनुदान आदि सुविधाएं योजना के आरंभिक वर्षों में सरकार की ओर से सुलभ की गईं .
