While taking an active part in political activities , Savarkar decided to go to England and bring before the British people , and the world at large , the injustice against the Indian people in the form of repression and exploitation . राजनीतिक गतिविधियों में सक्रिय भूमिका निभाते हुए सावरकर ने इंग्लैंड जाने का निश्चय किया , जिससे ब्रिटिश जनता और पूरे विश्व को , भारतीय जनता के साथ हो रहे अन्याय , दमन और शोषण के प्रति जागरूक किया जा सके .

If the king directed a judge to give an unjust deci-sion in a case , it was laid down that the judge should beseech the king against such an order and dissuade him from wrongdoing as this could only lead to injustice . यदि राजा किसी मामले में न्यायाधीश को अनुचित निर्णय देने का निदेश करे तो न्यायाधीश को इस प्रकार के निदेश के विरुद्ध राजा से अनुनय करनी चाहिए और उसे दोषपूर्ण काम करने से विरत करना चाहिए क्योंकि इससे अन्याय की ही उत्पत्ति होगी .

And yet who can say that vast numbers of people will not be misled again and their courage and sacrifice and idealism not exploited for base ends , leaving after the holocaust of war the same misery , the same injustices , imperialism and fascism ? लेकिन कौन कह सकता है कि अधिकांश जनता दुबारा बहकावे में नहीं आ जायेगी , बुरे मकसद के लिए उसकी दिलेरी , त्याग और उनके आदर्शवाद का इस्तेमाल नहीं किया जायेगा और जंग में मारकाट होने के बाद वही तबाही , वही अन्याय , साम्राज़्यवाद और फासिज़्म का दौर नहीं शुरू हो जायेगा .

The state acted independently of the temple in punishing the wrongdoer , and it is this State revenge that is the origin of modern justice where the victim has to seek redress from the proper authorities for the wrong that has been done to him/her . अपराधी को दंडित करने के लिए राज्य अपनी कार्रवाई धार्मिक संस्थाओं से अलग रहते हुए करता थाइसी राजकीय प्रतिशोध में आधुनिक न्याय तंत्र का उदगम निहित है जिसमें आहत पक्ष को अपने विरुद्ध किए गए अन्याय को दूर कराने के लिए उपयुक्त प्राधिकारियों के समक्ष आवेदन करना पड़ता है .

Further , Gentlemen , what can be greater injustice to the whole Indian community than to declare even the ablest of our ' native ' magistrates and judges , no matter what their qualifications may be , as an inferior order of men incapable of rising to that height of judicial excellence which is supposed to be necessary to try cases against Europeans . इसके अतिरिक़्त , सज़्जनों , भारतीय समुदाय के प्रति इससे अधिक क़्या अन्याय होगा कि उनकी योग़्यताओं का लिहाज किये बिना हमारे कुशलतम देसी मजिस्ट्रेटों और जजों को घटिया किस्म के लोग घोषित किया जाये जो न्यायिक क्षमता के उस ऊंचे स्तर तक नहीं पहुंच सकते जो यूरोपीयों के मामलों पर विचार कर सकने के लिए आवश्यक समझा जाता
