Dr . The Bengal Political Conference held in December upheld the leftist view that the government had violated the terms of the truce and the Congress should , therefore , revive civil disobedience . दिसंबर में आयोजित बंगाल के राजनीतिक सम्मेलन में भी वामपंथियों के इस दृष्टिकोण की पुष्टि की गयी कि सरकार ने संधि की शर्तें तोड़ी हैं , इसलिए कांग्रेस को सविनय अवज्ञा आंदोलन फिर से शुरू कर देना

In 1930 , when Mahatma Gandhi launched the Civil Disobedience Movement and the British Government let loose a reign of terror and repression , Janakinath renounced the title of ' Rai Bahadur ' in protest . 1930 में जब महात्मा गांधी ने सविनय अवज्ञा आंदोलन छेड़ा और ब्रिटिश सरकार ने सरे आम आतंक और दमन का मार्ग अपना लिया , तो जानकीनाथ ने उसके विरोध स्वरूप अपने खिताब ? राय बहादुर ? का परित्याग कर दिया .

Supposing civil disobedience is started , those who take part in the movement get into the jails , then it would be the duty of those who remain outside to fight against the suppression of civil liberties . मान लीजिए कि सविनय अवज्ञा आंदोलन शुरू हो जाता है और इसमें भाग लेने वाले लोग जेल में डाल दिये जाते हैं , तब नागरिक अधिकारों के दमन के खिलाफ लड़ने की जिम्मेदारी उन लोगों की होगी , जो जेलों से बाहर रहेंगे .

The Jute Mills Association was known for concerted action , but under the stress and strain of the depression there was an increase in non-member mills refusing to follow the Association 's restrictive policy . The court then read extracts from the paper , dated 8th June , on the duty of a non-co-operator , which was to preach disaffection towards the existing government and prepare the country for civil disobedience . अदालत में फिर उक़्त समाचार पत्र में से 8 जून के कुछ अंश पढ़े गये , जिनमें असहयोगी के दायित्व की चर्चा की गयी थी और यह दायित्व थामौजूदा सरकार के खिलाफ विद्रोह का उपदेश देना और देश को सविनय अवज्ञा के लिए तैयार करना .
