The young calves should have free access to a saltlick , failing which they should be provided with 25 to 30 grams of salt daily . छोटी उम्र के बछड़ों के लिए ऐसी व्यवस्था होनी चाहिए कि वे बिना किसी रोकटोक के नमक चाट सकें.यदि ऐसी व्यवस्था सम्भव न हो तो प्रतिदिन उन्हें 25 से 30 ग्राम नमक दिया जाना चाहिए .

On the 6th April , Gandhiji launched the campaign by picking up pieces of salt lying on the beach . Simultaneously , a wave of civil resistance to unjust laws swept the country . अप्रैल माह की 6 तारीख को समुद्र तट पर पड़े नमक के कुछ ढेले उठाकर गांधी जी ने जो आंदोलन शुरू किया , उसके साथ ही देश भर में अन्यायपूर्ण कानूनों के सविनय प्रतिरोध की लहर उमडड़ उठी .
