The President may also seek the opinion of the Supreme Court , through a similar reference on any treaty , agreement , covenant , engagement , sanad or other similar instrument which had been entered into or executed before the commencement of this Constitution , and has continued in operation thereafter . राष्ट्रपति ऐसे ही निर्देश द्वारा किसी ऐसी संधि , करार , प्रसंविदा , वचनबंध , सनद या वैसी ही अन्य लिखत के बारे में जो इस संविधान के प्रारंभ से पहले की गई थी या निष्पादित की गई थी और उसके पश्चात भी लागू है , उच्चतम न्यायालय की राय मांग सकता है .

” A million mutinies , supported by twenty kinds of group excess , sectarian excess , religious excess , regional excess : the beginnings of self-awareness , it would seem , the beginnings of an intellectual life , already negated by old anarchy and disorder . ए मिलियन युटिनिज नाउ ' ' बीसियंओं तरह के गुटों की अतिवादिताओं-सांप्रदायिक , धार्मिक , क्षेत्रीय अतिवादिताओं-से बल पाए सहस्त्रों विद्रोह , आत्म-चेतना के प्रारंभ से ऐसा लगेगा कि मानो यह बौद्धिक जीवन की शुरुआत हो , जिसे पुरानी अराजकता और अव्यवस्था नकार चुकी है .

The simple hut of the Indian village offers little that could attract the insect from the field and garden , where the insect has lived since the beginning ; it is merely another part of the field , with nothing special about it . भारतीय गांव की साधारण झोपड़ी में कीट को ऐसा कोई आकर्षण नहीं दिखाई देता जो उसे उस खेत या बाग़ से खींचकर उस झोपड़ी में ले आए.उस खेत और बाग़ से जहां कि कीट अपने जीवन के प्रारंभ से रहता आया है.दरअसल वह झोपड़ी उसे खेत का ही एक अंश लगती है जिसके भीतर उसे कुछ भी तो विशेष नहीं लगता .

What now remains of the first great buildings of the Delhi Sultans , such as the Jama Masjid of Ajmer and the Quwatul-Islam mosque near Delhi , proves that from the very beginning the Islamic conceptions of architecture had to be adapted to the available resources . दिल्ली सुल्तानों द्वारा निर्मित करायी गयी पहले की बड़ी इमारतों जैसे अजमेर की जामा Zमस्जिद और दिल्ली के पास की कुबातुल इस्लाम मस्जिद में अब जो कुछ बचा है , वह इस बात को प्रमाणित करता है कि प्रारंभ से ही , इस्लाम की वास्तुकला संबंधी जो कल्पना थी उसे उपलब्ध साधनों के अंतर्गत ही कार्यरूप में परिणत करना पड़ा था .

The sentiment of political freedom which had lived in the minds of the teachers and pupils of Deobund from its very inception was inflamed into a passion by the dynamic personality of Maulana Mahmud-ul-Hasan who was externed by the British Government and kept a political prisoner in Malta for many years . राजनैतिक स्वतंत्रता की भावना को जो देवबंद के शिक्षको और विद्यार्थीयों के मन में प्रारंभ से रही , मौलाना महमुदूल हसन के प्रभावशाली व्यक़्तिव के प्रभाव से एक आवेग की ज़्वाला बन गयी , जिन्हें ब्रिटिश सरकार द्वारा देश निकाला दिया जाकर अनेक वर्षो तक माल्टर में राजनैतिक कैदी के रूप में रखा गया था .

Although man played only the role of a selector in the establishment of the hexaploid wheat as a grain crop , geneticists have begun to play an increasingly vital role in breeding new varieties since the emergence of genetics as a scientific discipline around the turn of the century . इस षट्गुणित गेहूं के पौधे को एक खाद्यान्न के रूप में प्रस्थापित किये जाने के काम में मनुष्य की भूमिका केवल एक चयनकर्ता की रही , परंतु प्रजनन विज्ञानी नयी जातियां निर्माण करने के कार्य में अधिक महत्वपूर्ण योगदान दे रहे हैं.यह सब इस शताब्दी के प्रारंभ से ही किया जाने लगा जब प्रजनन विज्ञान की नींव रखी गयी .

Article 5 provides that a person becomes entitled to the Citizenship of India if , at the commencement of the Constitution , he has his domicile in the territory of India , he or either of his parents were born in India , or he has been ordinarily resident in the territory of India for not less than five years immediately before the commencement of the Constitution . अनुच्छेद 5 में प्रावधान किया गया है कि यदि कोई व्यक्ति , संविधान के प्रारंभ 1 पुनर्वास अनुज्ञा ( षेसेट्ट्लेमेन्ट् फेर्मिट् ) पर भारत के राज्य क्षेत्र में अधिवास करता है , उसका या उसके माता-पिता में से किसी एक का भारत में जन्म हुआ था वह या संविधान के प्रारंभ से ठीक पहले कम से कम पांच वर्ष तक भारत के राज्य क्षेत्र में सामान्यतया निवासी रहा है , तो वह भारत की नागरिकता का हकदार बन जाता है .

So from the very beginning , the Indian mind has adhered firmly to the conviction that the moral consequences of every action are as definite and inevitable as the succession of seasons The doctrine of predestination , which is apt to degenerate into fatalism , is in reality the connecting link between the working of the moral law and the natural law , as conceived by the Indian mind . इसलिए भारतीय मस्तिष्क ने प्रारंभ से दृढ़तापूर्वक इस सिद्धांत को माना कि प्रत्येक क्रिया के नैतिक परिणाम , उतने ही निश्चित , न टाले जा सकने योग़्य हैं , जितना कि एक मौसम के बाद दूसरे मौसम के आगमन के क्रम का निरंतर चलते रहना.भारतीय मस्तिष्क के अनुसार नियतिवाद का सिद्धांत वास्तव में नैतिक नियमों और प्राकृतिक नियमों के क्रियान्वित होने के बीच की एक कड़ी है , जो घातक बन सकती है .
