Apparently it feels that the Quran has been created for the Arabs of that time only, but whenever you reach a place where it is felt that these words were meant for a particular time or a particular country, if you stop there to ponder over it or take a note and later on deliberate on it, you will feel that human beings of all the time and of all the places are all alike and for them these words are equally applicable as they were for the Arabs of that time. सरसरी तौर पर यही लगता है कि क़ुरान उस समय के अरबों के लिए ही अवतरित किया गया था किन्तु आप जब भी किसी ऐसे स्थान पर पहुंचें जब यह लगे कि यह बात केवल एक विशेष काल तथा देश के लिए है तब वहां रूक कर विचार करें या इसे नोट करके बाद में इस पर विचार करें तो आप को हर बार लगेगा कि मनुष्य हर युग और हर भू भाग का एक है और उस पर वह बात ठीक वैसी ही लागू होती है जैसी उस समय के अरबों पर लागू होती थी।

( ? ) नामक नैवेद्य अग्नि को अर्पित करना आवश्यक है , इसलिए हिन्दुओं ने इन समयों को बहुत अधिक विस्तार दे दिया है और उनका प्रारंभ उस क्षण से मानते हैं Zजब सूर्य के पिंड का पूर्वी छोर राशि के पहले भाग को स्पर्श करता है ; उस क्षण को जब सूर्य का मध्य भाग राशि के पहले भाग में पहुंचता है ? मध्य ? मानते हैं जो खगोलशास्त्र में ( ग्रह के एक राशि से दूसरी राशि में ) प्रस्थान का समय माना गया है और उस क्षण को ? अंतिम ? मानते हैं जब सूर्य के पिंड का पश्चिमी किनारा राशि के पहले भाग का स्पर्श करता है .
