Dissolution of Loksabha - On the suggestion of cabinet minsters the President dissolves the Loksabha. After that general election held and the pending works of Loksabha ends. Additionally , it can call for the records and pass appropriate orders in any consumer dispute which is pending before it or has been decided by any District Forum within the state and where it appears to the state commission that the District Forum has exercised jurisdiction not vested in it by law , or has failed to exercise jurisdiction so vested or has acted in exercise of its jurisdic-tion , illegally or with material irregularity . इसके अलावा , यह किसी ऐसे उपभोक़्ता विवाद में अभिलेख मंगाकर उपयुक़्त आदेश पारित कर सकता है Zजो इसके पास लंबित हो या जिसका फैसला राज़्य के किसी जिला स्तर के उपभोक़्ता संरक्षण न्यायालय द्वारा किया जा चुका हो और उसमें राज़्य आयोग को यह लगता हो कि जिला स्तर के 104 हमारी न्यायपालिका न्यायालय ने ऐसी अधिकारिता का प्रयोग किया है जो विधि द्वारा उसे प्रदान नहीं की गई है ; या वह विधि द्वारा प्रदत्त अधिकारिता का प्रयोग करने में असफल रहा है या उसने अपनी अधिकारिता का प्रयोग अवैध रीति से या

A Bill upon which the Houses have disagreed and the President has notified his intention of summoning a joint-sitting of the Houses for its consideration prior to dissolution , does not lapse , and may be passed at a joint-sitting of both Houses , notwithstanding that dissolution has intervened since the President notified his intention to summon the joint-sitting of the Houses . राज़्य सभा में पेश किए गए विधेयक , जो लोक सभा द्वारा पास न किए गए हों परंतु अभी राज़्य सभा में लंबित हो , व्ययगत नहीं होते.जिस विधेयक पर दोनों सदनों में असहमति हुई हो और विघटन से पूर्व उस पर विचार करने के लिए दोनों सदनों की संयुक़्त बैठक बुलाने के अपने इरादे को राष्ट्रपति ने अधिसूचित कर दिया हो वह विधेयक व्ययगत नहीं होता और दोनों सदनों की संयुक़्त बैठक बुलाने के अपने इरादे को राष्ट्रपति द्वारा अधिसूचित किए जाने के बाद विघटन हो जाने के बावजूद , दोनों सदनों की संयुक़्त बैठक में उसे पास किया जा सकता है
