Dissolution of Lokshabha- On the advise of Ministry, the President do it, which leads to the ends of the term of Lokshabha, after that only general election will held. After dissolution, all the pending issues with the Lokshabha automatically ends but the bills which brought to the Rajyashabha (Upper House)does not ends but remains pending or the bill which are under consideration with the President does not ends or the Presidents call for joint session of both Houses of Parliament before dissolution. लोकसभा का विघटन- राष्ट्रपति द्वारा मंत्रि परिष्द की सलाह पर किया है इससे लोकसभा का जीवन समाप्त हो जाता है इसके बाद आमचुनाव ही होते है विघटन के बाद सभी लंबित कार्य जो लोकसभा के समक्ष होते है समाप्त हो जाते है किंतु बिल जो राज्यसभा मे लाये गये हो और वही लंबित होते है समाप्त न्ही होते या या बिल जो राष्ट्रपति के सामने विचाराधीन हो वे भी समापत नही होते है या राष्ट्रपति संसद के दोनॉ सदनॉ की लोकसभा विघटन से पूर्व संयुक्त बैठक बुला ले

Dissolution of the Assembly - On the advice of the Council of Ninisters, this is done by the President, by which the life of the Assembly ends, after this General Elections only have to be conducted, after the dissolution the pending issues before the Assembly get completed, but bills brought before the Upper House are not completed and kept pending, and the bills under review with the President are also not completed, or the President may call for a sitting of both the Houses of the Parliament before the dissolution of the Assembly. लोकसभा का विघटन- राष्ट्रपति द्वारा मंत्रि परिष्द की सलाह पर किया है इससे लोकसभा का जीवन समाप्त हो जाता है इसके बाद आमचुनाव ही होते है विघटन के बाद सभी लंबित कार्य जो लोकसभा के समक्ष होते है समाप्त हो जाते है किंतु बिल जो राज्यसभा मे लाये गये हो और वही लंबित होते है समाप्त न्ही होते या या बिल जो राष्ट्रपति के सामने विचाराधीन हो वे भी समापत नही होते है या राष्ट्रपति संसद के दोनॉ सदनॉ की लोकसभा विघटन से पूर्व संयुक्त बैठक बुला ले

Where it was brought to the notice of the court that a large number of men , women and children were detained in jails for years and were being made to wait for trials in courts of law for offences which were trivial and which , even if proved , would not warrant punishment for more than a few months or a couple of years , the court issued directions for speedy trial of the cases and released the undertrials who had already suffered incarceration for the maximum period for which they would have been sent to jail . जब न्यायालय की जानकारी में यह बात लाई गई कि बहुत बड़ी संख़्या में स्त्री , पुरूष और बच्चे वर्षों से जेल में निरुद्ध हैं और उन्हें तुच्छ अपराधों के लिए विचारण की प्रतीक्षा करनी पड़ रही है , जो यदि सिद्ध भी हो जाएं तो अपराधियों को कुछ महीने या दो साल से ज़्यादा की सजा नहीं सुनाई जा सकती , तो न्यायालय ने निदेश जारी किए कि ऐसे मामलों की तुरंत सुनवाई होनी चाहिए और उसने उन विचाराधीन बंदियों को रिहा कर दिया जिन्होंने वह अधिकतम अवधि जेल में काट ली थी जिसकी सजा उनका कथित अपराध सिद्ध हो जाने पर उन्हें दी जा सकती थी .

Where the weaker sections of the community are concerned , such as undertrial prisoners languishing in jails without a trial , inmates of the Protective Home in Agra or Harijan workers engaged in road construction in the Ajmer district , who are living in poverty and destitution , who are barely eking out a miserable existence with their sweat and toil , who are helpless victims of exploitative society and who do not have easy access to justice , this Court will not insist on a regular writ petition to be filed by the public spirited individual espousing their cause and seeking relief for them . जहां तक समुदाय के दुर्बल वर्गों का सरोकार है , जैसे कि बिना विचारण के जेलों में दिन काटने वाले विचाराधीन कैदी , आगरा के संरक्षण गृह के आवासी , या अजमेर जिले में सड़क निर्माण के काम में लगे हरिजन मजदूर जो दरिद्रता और दीनहीनता में जीवन व्यतीत कर रहे हैं , जो अपना खून-पसीना बहाने पर भी ZZकठिनाई से जीवित हैं , जो शोषण प्रधान समाज के असहाय शिकार हैं और जिनके लिए न्यायालय तक पहुंच पाना सरल नहीं है , उनके मामले में यदि कोई लोकसेवी नागरिक उनकी समस्याओं को उठाने और उन्हें राहत दिलाने के लिए आगे आता है तो यह न्यायालय नियमित रिट याचिका प्रस्तुत किए जाने पर बल नहीं देगा .
