According to Article 368,a proposed bill which tries to amend one or more articles of the the constitution is called a Amendment Bill. This bill can be brought into any house of parliament without the approval of the President. This bill can be passed by the Parliament only when the number of members present is more than 2/3 and by the total majority of the Parliament. By same process, other house of the Parliament will approve this bill. But, this bill will be passed in separate meetings of the houses. During the sight of any problems occurring during the passing of bill, just like when it occurs in the condition of a normal bill, combined meeting of the houses of Parliament will not be called. After 24th Constitutional Amendment 1971 , it has been made mandatory that the President gives his approval to the bill. अनु 368 के अंतर्गत प्रस्तावित बिल जो कि संविधान के एक या अधिक प्रस्तावॉ को संशोधित करना चाहता है संशोधन बिल कहलाता है यह किसी भी संसद सदन मे बिना राष्ट्रपति की स्वीकृति के लाया जा सकता है इस विधेयक को सदन द्वारा कुल उपस्थित सदस्यॉ की 2/3 संख्या तथा सदन के कुल बहुमत द्वारा ही पास किया जायेगा दूसरा सदन भी इसे इसी प्रकार पारित करेगा किंतु इस विधेयक को सदनॉ के पृथक सम्मेलन मे पारित किया जायेगा गतिरोध आने की दशा मे जैसा कि सामान्य विधेयक की स्थिति मे होता है सदनॉ की संयुक्त बैठक नही बुलायी जायेगी 24 वे संविधान संशोधन 1971 के बाद से यह अनिवार्य कर दिया गया है कि राष्ट्रपति इस बिल को अपनी स्वीकृति दे ही दे
