In such circumstances , it can be said that trying Bahadur Shah as a traitor , was not proper according to law and finds no justification anywhere . ऐसे हालात में , यह कहा जा सकता है कि बहादुरशाह पर विद्रोही के रूप में मुकदमा चलाना कानूनन सही नहीं था , और न ही वह न्याय-संगत था .

Therefore it cannot be wholly ignored , and circumstances might at any time force the issue before the Congress for immediate ' decision . इसलिए इसकी बिल्कुल अनदेखी नहीं की जा सकती और ऐसे हालात कभी भी पेदा हो सकते हैं , जो कांग्रेस को इस बाबत तुरंत फैसला लेने के लिए मजबूर कर दें .

The conditions in the country were such at the time that no one , having any legal knowldege , had the courage to come forward to defend Bahadur Shah . उस वक्त देश के हालात ऐसे थे कि कानूनी जानकारी रखने वाले किसी भी व्यक्ति में इतना साहस नहीं था कि वह बहादुरशाह के बचाव के लिए सामने आ सके .
