PART III , ARTICLES 12-35 , the formulation of a bill of rights was among the first tasks to which the Constituent Assembly addressed itself . मूल अधिकार भाग-3 , अनुच्छेद 12-35 जब संविधान सभा ने संविधान-निर्माण का काम अपने हाथों में लिया तो सबसे पहले एक अधिकार-पत्र1 बनाने का विचार किया .

But the Government did many amendments in the fundamental structure when the American Constitution was brought in place of Articles of Confederation. पर सरकार के मूलभूत ढाँचे में सन् १७८८ में बहुत परिवर्तन किए गए जब लेख संघ (आर्टिकल्स ऑफ कॉन्फेडरेशन) के स्थान पर अमेरिकी संविधान को लाया गया।

The Administration Tribunal is competent to entertain and adjudicate what the High Court could do under Articles 226 and 227 , including the determination of the constitutionality of relevant laws . उच्च न्यायालय जिन मामलों को अनुच्छेद 226 और 227 के अधीन विचारार्थ स्वीकारि कर उनका न्यायनिर्णयन कर सकता था , उन पर विचार एवं न्यायनिर्णय करने के लिए प्रशासनिक अधिकरण सक्षम है .

But the jurisdiction of High Court under Articles 226 and 227 and Supreme Court under Article 136 of the Constitution is not affected and the aggrieved party can approach the High Court and the Supreme Court in appropriate cases . किंतु इससे अनुच्छेद 226 और 227 के अधीन उच्च न्यायालय की अधिकारिता प्रभावित नहीं होती और समुचित मामलों में व्यथित पक्ष उच्च न्यायालय तथा उच्चतम न्यायालय की शरण ले सकता है .

Within their original jurisdiction under Articles 226 and 32 , the High Courts and the Supreme Court can issue writs against the state to set right the grievance of an aggrieved party by issuing writs/orders/injunctions , etc . अनुच्छेद 226 और 32 के अधीन उच्च न्यायालय और उच्चतम न्यायालय अपनी आरंभिक अधिकारिता के भीतर व्यथित पक्षों की शिकायतों को दूर करने के लिए राज़्य के विरुद्ध रिटें/आदेश/व्यादेश आदि जारी कर सकते हैं .
