In 1981 - Saudi Medical confrernce - Dr. Moor declared that foeticide matter mentioned in Quran states that Proper Mohd( Sall) is send by god १९८१ में सऊदी मेडिकल कांफ्रेंस में डॉ. मूर ने घोषणा की कि उन्हें कुरान की भ्रूण शास्त्र की इन आयतों को देख कर विश्वास हो गया है कि हज़रत मुहम्मद (सल्ल.) ईश्वर के पैग़म्बर थे।

However, time and again it appears for 23 years as per requirement and Hazarat Mohammad (Sall.) as per wishes of God , according his orders made a society on earth as orders by God. बल्कि समय-समय पर २३ वर्षों तक आवश्यकता अनुसार यह पुस्तक अवतरित हुई और हज़रत मुहम्मद (सल्ल.) ने ईश्वर की इच्छा से उसके आदेशों के अनुसार धरती पर वह समाज बनाया जैसा ईश्वर का आदेश था।

By God, if I had such weapons, I would have used them in the fight against the U.S.” ईराक के रणनीतिक संशय ने विषय को और पेचीदा बना दिया. इस बात को भांपकर कि ईराक की कमजोरी के सन्देश से उस पर शत्रुओं विशेष रूप से ईरान के आक्रमण का खतरा है, सद्दाम दुनिया को सन्देश देना चाहता था कि उसके पास जनसंहारक हथियार हैं. साथ ही उसे यह भी आभास था कि गठबन्धन की देखभाल के लिये आवश्यक है कि पश्चिमी देशों को भरोसा दिलाया जाये कि उसके पास वे जनसंहारक हथियार अब नहीं हैं.
