A designated court is presided over by a judge who is appointed by the central government or the state government with the concurrence of the Chief Justice of the High Court . अभिहित न्यायालय की अध्यक्षता उच्च न्यायालय के मुख़्य न्यायमूर्ति की सहमति से केंद्र सरकार या राज़्य सरकार द्वारा नियुक़्त न्यायाधीश करता है .

Chief Justice did not like this and said : ” . . . that the majority of the court regret that in determining the award of punishment , my brother Mitter 's views should not be in accordance with theirs . उन्होंने कहा : ” . ..अदालत के अधिकांश सदस्यों को इस बात का अफसोस है कि दंड के निर्धारण में साथी न्यायाधीश मित्तर की राय उनसे मेल नहीं खाती .

Every High Court shall consist of a Chief Justice and such other judges as the President may deem necessary to appoint from time to time -LRB- article 216 -RRB- . प्रत्येक उच्च न्यायालय मुख्य न्यायमूर्ति और ऐसे अन्य न्यायाधीशों से मिलकर बनेगा जिन्हें राष्ट्रपति समस समय पर नियुक्त करना आवश्यक समझे ( अनुच्छेद 216 ) .

Sir Maurice Gwyer , then Chief Justice of India , Dr Radhakrishnan and Mr Justice Hendersen of the Calcutta High Court represented the Oxford University . भारत के तत्कालीन न्यायाधीश , सर मौरिस ग्वेयर , डा . राधाकृष्णन और कलकत्ता उच्च न्यायालय के न्यायमूर्ति ने आक्सफोर्ड विश्वविद्यालय का प्रतिनिधित्व किया था .

For each State , there is a High Court consisting of a Chief Justice and such other judges as the President may from time to time deem it necessary to appoint . प्रत्येक राज़्य के लिए एक उच्च न्यायालय है जो मुख़्य न्यायाधीशों तथा ऐसे अन्य न्यायाधीशों से बनता है जो राष्ट्रपति समय समय पर नियुक़्त करना आवश्यक समझे .

According to article 130 Supreme Court is in Delhi, but it can conduct hearing anywhere in India or elsewhere, as decided by the Chief Justice, with the approval of the President. अनु 130 के अनुसार सर्वोच्च न्यायालय दिल्ली मे होगा पर्ंतु यह भारत मे और कही भी मुख्य न्यायाधीश् के निर्णय के अनुसार राष्ट्रपति की स्वीकृति से सुनवाई कर सकेगा

Appointments of officers and staff of a High Court are made by the Chief Justice of the Court or by such other judge or officer of the Court as he may decide . उच्च न्यायालय के अधिकारियों तथा कर्मचारीवृंद की नियुक्तियां न्यायालय का मुख्य न्यायमूर्ति अथवा न्यायालय का ऐसा अन्य न्यायाधीश अथवा अधिकारी करता है जिसके बारे में वह विनिश्चय करे .

The Chief Justice of a High Court may , with the consent of the President , appoint a retired judge to sit and act as a judge -LRB- articles 215 , 217-224A -RRB- . किसी उच्च न्यायालय का मुख्य न्यायमूर्ति राष्ट्रपति की सहमति से किसी सेवानिवृत्त न्यायाधीश की नियुक्ति न्यायाधीश के रूप में उपस्थित होने और कार्य करने के लिए कर सकता है ( अनुच्छेद 215 , 217-224 क ) .

He appealed to the Chief Justice of Allahabad High Court , on behalf of the thirty-one accused that their case should be transferred to Allahabad High Court and their trial be held before a jury . उन्होंने इलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालय के मुख़्य न्यायाधीश को 31 अभियुक़्तों की तरफ से यह अपील की , कि उनका मुकदमा इलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालय में स्थानांतरित कर दिया जाये और उसके लिए एक जूरी बिठाई जाये .

The Chief Justice of the High Court would constitute a Tribunal for the trial of the said cases consisting of three persons who at the time of such constitution were judges , additional judges or officiating judges of the High Court . उक़्त मुकदमों के लिए उच्च न्यायालय के मुख़्य न्यायाधीश ऐसे तीन व्यक़्तियों को लेकर ट्रिब्यूनल का निर्माण करेंगे , जो उस वक़्त उच्च न्यायालय के सहायक या प्रभारी न्यायाधीश हों .
