I am not amenable to the jurisdiction of Indian courts of law . As he did in his previous trial at Delhi in the Assembly bomb trial , Bhagat Singh declined to have a legal counsel to defend his case as he firmly believed that the trial was a farce . दिल्ली में अपने असेंबली बम कांड के पूर्ववर्ती मुकदमे की तरह यहां भी भगत सिंह ने अपनी सफाई के लिए कोई कानूनी वकील करने से इंकार किया , क़्योंकि वे पूरे मुकदमे को एक ढकोसला मानते थे .
