The High Courts are the final courts of appeal in all criminal matters except in cases where there has been a failure of justice owing to a misapplication of law or a defect in procedure . केवल उन मामलों को छोड़कर जिनमें विधि को गलत ढंग से लागू करने अथवा प्रक्रिया के दोष के कारण न्याय नहीं हो पाया है , शेष सभी मामलों में उच्च न्यायालय अपील के अंतिम न्यायालय हैं .

Diabetic should conceive only if under good metabolic control or the risk of the complications and birth defects in the newborn is very low . मधुमेह के रोगी में गर्भावस्था की ठीक से योजना बनानी चाहिए.उसे तभी गर्भधारण करना चाहिए जब बच्चे को समस्याएं होने का खतरा अधिक न हो तथा मां के शरीर में रक़्त ग़्लूकोज मात्रा के नियंत्रण की अच्छी व्यवस्था हो .
