A spokesman for the Unga Ltd ., the largest wheat millers in Kenya, was quoted in the independent Daily Nation Friday saying millers nationwide had agreed to a price of 1, 400 shillings ( dlrs 22 . 50 ) for soft wheat and 1, 450 shillings ( dlrs 23 . 30 ) for hard wheat.
