Constitutional/ full bench - all matter related to interpretation of the Constitution come to this type of bench. Minimum of 5 judges are present in this. संवैधानिक/फुल बेंच सभी संवैधानिक व्याख्या से संबधित वाद इस प्रकार की पीठ सुनती है इसमे कम से कम 5 जज होते है

The Presidents duties include interpretation of the Constitution, giving his assent to proposed laws (bills) and the issuance of ordinances. उसके कार्यों में संविधान का अभिव्यक्तिकरण प्रस्तावित कानूनों (विधेयक) पर अपनी सहमति देना और अध्यादेश जारी करना।
